Hotel Lous Grits: our conditions of sale
1° Guarantee:
In order to guarantee your booking, the equivalent of 50% of the cost of your stay will be debited by bank card. Please send your card number, the expiry date and the three last figures on the back of the card by telephone, fax or e-mail.
2° Cancellations:
The deposit will be charged in the event of cancellation of the booking less than two weeks before the expected date of arrival.
3° Interrupted stays:
For all stays that are interrupted before the expected date of departure, the value of one night's stay will be charged as compensation.
4° No shows:
No shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of the stay, including all services ordered in the reservation.
5° Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 3:00 pm and guests must leave before 12:00 am at the latest. If guests leave after 12:00 am, an extra night will be charged.
